  • UK Orders: Enjoy free and fast shipping on orders over £60.
  • International Orders: Free shipping applies on orders over $170 USD / €150 / $260 AUD.
  • EU Customers: All duties and taxes are paid and included — there are no additional costs at delivery.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders are dispatched swiftly — usually within 10 working hours, if placed before 14:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available, excluding countries where our courier service is suspended.

What is GraphicWears’ sustainability promise?

We use eco-friendly packaging and offer items made from organic or recycled fabrics wherever possible.

What is your return policy?

  • You can exchange items or receive store credit within 28 days of delivery, or a full refund within 14 days.
  • Sale items qualify only for exchanges or store credit and must be returned within 21 days.
  • Return items in the same condition with original tags and include the order form.
  • Store credit is fully flexible, reusable at any time, with no expiry.
  • If you exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for the replacement item as a goodwill gesture.

Note: Any discounts or deducted shipping fees will reduce your refund amount. We cannot refund customs charges or duties. Ensure your shipping address is correct—graphicwears.com is not responsible for misdeliveries.

Are items unisex? How do they fit?

Yes, all our items are unisex. Fit details, including model measurements and sizing guidance, are provided on each product page for accurate choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we can modify or cancel it. However, due to fast processing, this isn’t always guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

When can I expect my order?

  • UK: Standard delivery takes 3–4 working days; express is next day.
  • USA: 3–6 days standard; 1–2 days express.
  • EU: 4–6 days standard; 1–2 days express.
  • Rest of World: 7–10 days standard; 2–4 days express.

Delays may occur due to holidays or courier issues — check your tracking for real-time updates.

I’m not receiving confirmation/shipping emails

First, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything within 24 hours, access your account to view your order status or contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna or Clearpay “buy now, pay later” options (available to users aged 18+, pending approval).

How are Klarna/Clearpay handled?

Klarna’s “Pay in 3” or “Pay in 30 days” are credit agreements. Late responses can impact your credit score. Available only to customers in supported regions, subject to credit approval.
